How to use the what to eat wheel

    1. Replace the sample dishes with what you could actually cook or order tonight.
    2. Delete anything you do not feel like, so the wheel only holds options you would accept.
    3. Press SPIN. If you want a second opinion, tick "Remove winner after each spin" and spin again to get a runner-up.

    Good for

    • Weeknight dinner when nobody can decide
    • Picking a restaurant for a group
    • Lunch at the office
    • A "chef's choice" night for the family

    Tips

    • Give a favourite a weight, for example "Biryani*3", so it comes up more often without being guaranteed.
    • Keep the list to dishes you would genuinely be happy with. A wheel full of maybes just moves the argument to the result.
    • Save the list from "Save / load lists" so you do not retype it each week.

    FAQ

Can I save my own food list?

Your list is kept in this browser (local storage) and never uploaded.

Can I save my own food list?

Yes. In this browser it is saved automatically for each wheel. Sign in with Google to keep named lists across devices.

What if I dislike the result?

Spin again. The wheel is a prompt, not a rule. Many people find that rejecting a result tells them what they actually want.
