How to use the team picker wheel

    1. Enter team names, or the names of people, one per line.
    2. Press SPIN to pick who goes first, who presents, or who takes the task.
    3. Keep "Remove winner after each spin" ticked and keep spinning until one name is left, to get a full random order.

    Good for

    • Deciding presentation order
    • Choosing who starts in a game or a sprint demo
    • Assigning a task nobody volunteers for
    • Sports and playground team captains

    Tips

    • To split everyone into teams, use the random group generator instead. It divides a list evenly in one go.
    • Record a random order with "Download results (CSV)" so it can be shared.

    FAQ

    Does it make teams?

This wheel picks one name at a time. For teams, use the Random Group Generator, which splits a list by group size or number of groups.

Is it fair to the last team on the list?

Position does not matter. Each remaining entry has an equal chance on every spin.
